We’re so happy you’re considering joining us on the mat! To make your first visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, here are a few things you should know:
Book your class online in advance via our website or schedule page. This guarantees your spot and helps us prepare for your arrival. We also have an app.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early. The studio opens 30 minutes before class. This gives us time to show you around, get to know you, and answer any questions you might have.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Layers are a good idea so you can adjust to the room temperature.
No mat? No problem. You can borrow a studio mat and other props when you're starting out.
Try it all. We offer an Introduction Card: for only €30, you can try as many different classes as you like for 2 weeks. A great way to explore and find what suits you.
Our classes are taught in English, but most of our teachers also speak Dutch. Feel free to ask questions in Dutch before or after class.
Changing rooms and showers are available if you need them.
No phones in the studio space. We aim to keep the room quiet and focused.
Shoes off at the door. Please leave them in the designated area.
We can’t wait to welcome you!
Trying yoga for the first time? Not sure which class to book? Here’s a short overview of our most beginner-friendly classes to help you find your way:
Yin Yoga
A quiet, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues. Great for stress relief, flexibility, and turning inward. Perfect if you’re looking to slow down and relax.
Somatic Yin
A slower, even more intuitive version of yin yoga. This class includes gentle movement and moments of stillness to reconnect with your body and breath. Ideal if you're recovering from stress or simply want to move with more awareness.
Easy Flow
A soft and accessible flow class. You'll be guided through simple sequences at a slower pace, making this a great entry point into more active yoga styles. No previous experience needed.
Vinyasa Basic
A foundational class that teaches the basics of flow-based yoga. You’ll learn how to move with your breath through sun salutations and common poses. Great if you want to build strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Ashtanga Basic
A guided introduction to the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method. We focus on the first part of the Primary Series with clear instructions and time to learn. Best if you enjoy structure and want to develop a steady practice.
Mysore Ashtanga
This is a self-paced class within a group setting. You’ll be personally guided by the teacher and gradually build up your own sequence. Ideal if you want individual support and like learning at your own rhythm. Beginners are welcome—just show up, and we’ll guide you from the very first step.
Start where you are.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Yoga meets you exactly as you are, and our teachers are here to support your journey; no pressure, no judgment.
Stick with it for a few classes.
The first class might feel unfamiliar or even awkward (that’s normal!). Give yourself 2–3 tries before you decide how it feels.
Let the teacher know it’s your first time.
We’ll keep an eye on you, offer helpful cues, and make sure you feel comfortable.
You can rest anytime.
In every class, you’re free to take breaks, pause in child’s pose, or skip a movement. Listening to your body is part of the practice.
Come with an open mind.
Each style and teacher is a little different. Be curious, explore, and trust that you’ll find your rhythm.
Have questions?
Don’t hesitate to ask after class. We're always happy to explain a pose, a term, or just chat about your experience.
