We believe in the power of yoga. That is why we offer authentic and accessible classes that bring both body and mind into balance. Yoga helps you relax and clear your head, while giving you a stronger, healthier body and renewed energy. Over time, practice creates an inner harmony that makes you feel more at home within yourself.Our studio, quietly located in the heart of Antwerp, is a welcoming space for everyone—whether you are taking your very first steps on the mat or have been practicing for years. We warmly invite you to become part of our community and discover how yoga can support you in daily life. Booking your class is simple with our reservation system and mobile app. Activate your account first, and then reserve your spot whenever it suits you—the app makes it quick and easy.

First time with us, or no account yet?

Are you new to our studio? Then you can make use of our Intro Card: 3 weeks of unlimited access to our classes (reservations are still required). It’s the perfect way to explore your favorite yoga style and teacher, and to get to know us. The Intro Card is only available for new students and can be used once. Don’t forget to create your account online. If you don’t have an account yet, first choose your single class, class card, or membership, and then create your account through our shop.

Q: When is AntwerpYoga open

A:

You can come to us every day: we are open 7 days a week. The door of AntwerpYoga opens half an hour before the first yoga class. Unfortunately, we cannot allow latecomers to enter. Classes start exactly on time, and the door closes as soon as the class begins. Yoga is about concentration, so we avoid interruptions. On public holidays and during school vacations, there may be special arrangements — you can find these in the schedule.

Q: When can I start?

A:

Right away! You can start whenever you want. Our classes run continuously, which means you can join at any moment. Think carefully in advance about your needs and wishes. What do you want? What do you expect from the classes? Do you come for physical effort, or are you looking for rest and relaxation? Under Yoga Styles you can read what to expect from our classes. If you’re a beginner, we recommend starting with the classes that have ‘basic’ in the title on the Schedule. Beginners are also welcome in Yin and Mysore classes.

Q: Do I need to register for every class, or can I come whenever I want?

A:

We ask you to register online. This way, we avoid full classes and can offer you the quality you deserve. Is it your first time? Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts, so we can show you around the studio. The studio door opens half an hour before the first class. Take the opportunity to roll out your mat and arrive at yourself. It’s wonderful to step away from the busyness of the day before the class begins. You can register [here].
