Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to everything we do at AntwerpYoga (0866.976.694) – Frankrijklei 107, Antwerp 2000.Prices include VAT and are valid from 01/06/2025. AntwerpYoga reserves the right to adjust the schedule and prices at any time without prior notice. All cards, subscriptions, trainings, and workshops are strictly personal, non-refundable under any circumstances, and only valid for classes offered by AntwerpYoga or online via www.antwerpyoga.be.

Booking and cancellation
You can book activities via the class schedule. Upon booking, the required credits are automatically deducted from your balance. A credit will only be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the class starts. If canceled less than 24 hours before, the credit will not be refunded. Workshops and events: no refunds are possible if canceled by the participant. If AntwerpYoga cancels the workshop or event, the registration fee will be fully refunded. Retreats: no refunds. Travel insurance is mandatory when registering for a retreat. If a retreat cannot take place due to force majeure, it will be rescheduled to a later date.

Subscriptions
A monthly subscription can only be purchased via direct debit and is valid from the date of purchase. On the purchase date, the remainder of the ongoing month is charged pro rata. From then on, the monthly subscription is automatically renewed one week before the start of a new month. The unlimited yoga subscription can be canceled at any time from the first fully paid month. The Mysore subscription requires a 12-month commitment and can only be canceled after one year. Monthly subscriptions can not be paused. A yearly subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.Subscriptions can be extended once for a maximum of 2 weeks, only in case of injury (with immediate notification, a medical certificate, and by emailing info@antwerpyoga.be) and severe sickness.Extensions for vacation are not possible. The pricing and validity period already take this into account.Class cardsA single class is valid for 1 month, a 10-class card for 4 months, and a 20-class card for 6 months. The validity period already accounts for illness and vacation.The AY Intro Card is valid for 3 weeks: every new student can only use the intro card once. This is monitored.
