About the teacher:
Ine Maes (BE) is a yoga teacher, author, and holistic coach with over 26 years of teaching experience. She discovered yoga in 1998 and, after years of dedicated practice, earned her first certification in 2010, followed by multiple advanced trainings. As the lead teacher of the Antwerp Yoga Teacher Training and Studio Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her students.
Her personal practice includes Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, and meditation, and she is passionate about sharing the peace and freedom she has found through yoga. Over the years, she has led numerous courses, retreats, and teacher trainings, always emphasizing self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Her approach prioritizes a safe and supportive environment where students can deepen their practice with confidence.
Beyond the mat, Ine is an author of several books on yoga, meditation, and holistic coaching. She also gives workshops and lectures on holistic health, guiding others to integrate yoga and meditation into their daily lives as a tool for meaning, balance, and growth.
