Don’t let misconceptions stop you; our 3-part introductory course series is here to guide your first steps. Ease into Yoga and smoothly transition into our regular classes.
As a new member, following this series, you’ll receive the Antwerp Yoga Introduction Card, granting you 2 weeks of unlimited access to all our classes, starting after the third workshop. Immerse yourself in various styles, meet different yoga teachers, and find classes that resonate with you. However, our 'No beginners' classes are not recommended just yet.
Yoga isn’t just great for your body, but also for your mind and soul. It reduces stress, boosts immunity and happiness, and alleviates pain and anxiety. With numerous scientifically proven benefits, why not give it a try? Join our welcoming community!
Here's what to expect:
- Saturday February 1, Lesson 1: Introduction to what yoga is, breathing techniques, and basic yoga poses.
- Saturday Februari 8, Lesson 2: Linking breath with movement, learning the Sun Salutation.
- Saturday Februari 15, Lesson 3: Practice a gentle flow built around the learned poses, transitioning to Yin poses.
