Join us for a full immersion into subtle sounds and frequencies under the potent energy of the full moon. Experience deeply resonant gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, voice, shruti and drones, trance drums, chimes, shakers, and warm flutes, all blending acoustic sound waves with electronic layers and natural field recordings. Imagine sounds from oceanic waves to floating space, guiding you into deep relaxation.
The journey begins with a short guided meditation and a connected breathing session, designed to open your body and mind for a deeper experience, allowing you to truly feel and embody the vibrations. This journey takes place in a safe and nurturing space.
Sound healing can bring you to a meditative state of inner harmony, restoring balance and helping to release what no longer serves you—like a gentle water wash. Relax, breathe in and out, and enjoy a process of restful, intentional healing.
For your comfort, all is provided: mattresses, cushions, water, and tea. Limited spots are available.
About Gregory:
Since childhood, Gregory has been captivated by traditions and cultures from around the world. Alongside his passion for photography and music, his travels through Asia awakened a deep appreciation for Buddhist philosophy. There, he immersed himself in yoga teacher training, meditation retreats, and the transformative world of massage.
Having completed extensive training in Traditional & Therapeutic Thai Massage, Abdominal Healing, and Craniosacral Therapy, Gregory is now dedicated to his work as a massage therapist and teaches through courses and workshops. He also regularly organizes sound journeys, sweat lodges, and other socio-cultural events for all ages, where participants are invited to connect deeply with their body and mind, helping to release physical and emotional blockages through sound and silence.
We hope to meet you there!
Please note that, as outlined in our terms and conditions, we’re unable to offer reimbursements for workshops or courses if a participant cannot attend, as this helps us honor the time and dedication of our teachers and facilitators.
