Your teachers:
Barbara Mullin is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and teacher trainer. She took her first classes in 1995, has been teaching since 2006 and, in recent years, has dived into yoga therapy with much fascination and enthusiasm.
Barbara moved from Australia to The Netherlands in1999 to pursue a career in modern dance. Certain elements of her dance training, in particular those favouring a somatic approach to movement, still inform her yoga practice and teaching today.
In her classes, the body and movement serve as a spring board to descend deeper into the subtler aspects of the breath, the mind and the relationship we have with ourselves. Barbara provides a welcoming and supportive environment for exploring the connection and integration of these different layers that ultimately make us whole.
Barbara is certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and PerinatalYoga, as well as Experiential Anatomy, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and AppliedSomatic Counselling Skills. She believes that yoga can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing and transformation. She emphasizes the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their practice.
