Meet Your Teachers
Ine Maes
Ine is a yoga and meditation teacher, author, and holistic coach who has been practicing yoga since 1998. She obtained her first certification in 2010 and has completed several other trainings since. With a dedicated daily practice of Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, and meditation, she brings over 25 years of teaching experience. As the lead teacher of the Antwerp Yoga Teacher Training and Studio Manager, she is passionate about sharing the peace and freedom that yoga has brought into her life. She emphasizes a supportive environment where students can explore their practice safely and meaningfully. In addition to teaching yoga, Ine is an author of several books on yoga, meditation, and holistic coaching. She regularly offers workshops and lectures on holistic health and wellness. Her mission is to help others prioritize their well-being and discover the transformative power of yoga.
Vicky Vriesacker
Vicky first stepped onto a yoga mat at Antwerp Yoga in 2007, initially seeking relaxation and stretching. However, yoga quickly became a vital part of her life. She completed her first Teacher Training at Antwerp Yoga in 2014 and later graduated from a 200-hour Yin Yoga Training with Jose De Groot. She has continued her studies with renowned teachers such as Mirjam Wagner and Tias Little. During her classes, Vicky emphasizes self-connection, creating space for students to detach from daily obligations and simply be. Her deep understanding of Yin Yoga allows her to guide students toward self-awareness and personal transformation through the practice.

In addition to the nine in-person training days spread over three weekends, this course includes two interactive Zoom sessions, each lasting two hours. These sessions provide an opportunity to refine your understanding, ask questions, and integrate the teachings into your daily life. They serve as a bridge between the in-person weekends, ensuring continuity in learning and deeper engagement with the material.

Book and pay before May 30 to enjoy a discounted price of €1499. After this date, the price will be €1700.

Certification
This training is registered as a 100-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate that can be used for Yoga Alliance CEUs.
